Before You Begin
- Confirm that your account permissions include this area.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Navigate to Contacts > Smart Lists from the left-side menu.
- Click + Add Contact.
- Enter the contact's details, such as:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Additional available fields as needed
- Manage which fields appear when adding new Contact by clicking on the Customise Form button.
- Review the information for accuracy.
- Click Save to create the contact.
- Navigate to Contacts > Smart Lists.
- Search for or select the contact you want to update.
- Click on the Contact Name to open the contact record.
- Edit the necessary contact details.
- Save your changes.
- Navigate to Contacts > Smart Lists.
- Select the contact you would like to delete using the checkbox to the left of the name. Then click the Delete button.
- Confirm for action by typing DELETE in the popup window. Then click the Delete button.
